## Description

* Participates on company-wide projects for rollouts of software installations/upgrades for applications/operating systems and performs system integration testing.
 * Assists in planning, designing, evaluating, implementing, and monitoring of various applications or systems.
 * Consults with customers to ascertain needs, identify problems, applying business expertise/technical knowledge to design, and/or create information solutions to ensure satisfaction with delivered services.
 * Designs and documents systems/application models for customers and reviews with team members to ensure customer needs are met.
 * Provides operational/functional support for systems and troubleshoots/resolves problems.
 * Acquires and utilizes business knowledge by taking advantage of available resources (Internet, books, periodicals, classes/workshops, conferences, etc.) to develop and foster value driven business solutions.
 * Provides technical training and mentoring to promote competency and growth.
