 * Excellent oral and written communication skills, to be able to work with business users and cross functional teams
 * Troubleshooting- Identify and resolve complex data related issues including conducting Root cause analysis
 * Data Analysis- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs Experience in establishing criteria for data use/test cases.
 * Documentation- Create and maintain technical design documents for data processes and workflow
 * Collaboration- Work with cross-functional teams across US and India locations
 * Optimization- Fine tune SQL queries and DataStage jobs for improved performance and reliability. Strong business analysis and requirement definition background in Data Integration (ETL).
