The candidate will need the ability to translate business and technical requirements to effective solutions. To succeed in this role, the candidate will need a strong history with HAM, SAM, Discovery, and preferably is also a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)., * Active DoD Secret clearance (at minimum) * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. * 3-5+ years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience * Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional, scalable designs * Proven experience delivering at least one full-cycle ServiceNow implementation. * Direct experience implementing Discovery and managing Midservers. * Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow platform architecture. * Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development. * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and API-based data exchange. * Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum or SAFe). * Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise service management practices. * Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. * Strong communication and client-facing presentation abilities. Required Certifications: * Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management * Certified Implementation Specialist - Software Asset Management Nice-to-have certifications: * Certified Implementation Specialist - Data Foundations (CMDB/CSDM) OR CMDB Health and Configure the CMDB micro-certifications (CIS Preferred) * Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator * CompTIA Security+ SE (or better or equivalent) * DoD Active Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications: * ITIL v3 or v4 Certification * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) * Additional ServiceNow certifications in areas such as other ITOM, SecOps, GRC, or ITSM ## Description Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant for HAM, SAM, CMDB, and Discovery, responsible for designing, configuring, and developing ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
