If this sounds like you, and you are ready for a career and not just your next job, apply today! * Facilitate processing of data files for new loan boarding daily to LoanSphere Loan boarding * Complete review of all new loan boarding files for accuracy and completeness prior to processing. Communicate errors/issues to clients and ensure adjustments are completed prior to processing files. * Support new client with data mapping from client's system of record to LoanCare's New Loanboarding template, including but not limited to testing and file delivery set-up * Manage any required post-boarding data updates through to completion * Ensure all loans from data file were processed into servicing system through monitoring and taking action where necessary * Act as primary point of contact for clients regarding the boarding of new loans, the delivery of related loan information, new loan boarding instructions, and ongoing loan delivery questions * Facilitate meetings with Client and potentially third parties and if applicable, LoanCare subject matter experts as needed to ensure timely and accurate new loan boarding * Evaluate the new loan boarding processes to ensure adequate timelines are established/met and transfers are successfully completed * Maintain and improve knowledge of applicable systems to ensure accurate and efficient migration of new loans into LoanCare's servicing system * Maintain and improve knowledge of standard/special mortgage products and related field content/definitions in the servicing platform * Cross-train on and perform other functions as directed by supervisor * Ensure data delivery guidelines are set and clearly communicated to client * Assist in training new team members as directed by management * All other duties as assigned ## Related Videos - [Implementing continuous delivery in a data processing pipeline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/73-implementing-continuous-delivery-in-a-data-processing-pipeline) - [Introduction to TXT](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/30-introduction-to-txt) - [Web-based Information Visualization](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/84-web-based-information-visualization) - [Is my AI alive but brain-dead?
