## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead hands-on embedded software projects for automotive seating, comfort, actuator, motor, and interior systems. You will work across Systems, Hardware, Mechanical, Validation, Manufacturing, and Customer teams to deliver high-quality solutions, from requirements through release. You'll own technical delivery, drive architecture and design decisions, and ensure performance, reliability, and safety objectives. This position offers meaningful impact in automotive software development within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
