## About the Role

Previous professional network experience is not required. Long-term on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who are motivated to learn technical skills and build a career in the IT industry., * Business-level Japanese and English communication skills, both written and spoken

 * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
 * Strong communication and customer service skills
 * Interest in IT, networking, telecommunications, or technical support
 * Ability and willingness to learn new technical concepts
 * Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable following established procedures
 * Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
 * Must have valid U.S. work authorization, * Recent college graduates
 * IT / Computer Science / Engineering graduates
 * Candidates interested in starting a career in networking or telecommunications
 * Help Desk or Technical Support professionals
 * Candidates with basic networking knowledge but limited professional experience

## Description

Employees work 5 days per week, with shifts rotating on a weekly basis. Weekend and holiday shifts are included as part of the rotation., * Monitor and support network and IT infrastructure services in a 24/7 Network Operations Center

 * Provide operational support for networks, data centers, international transmission services, backbone infrastructure, and related IT services
 * Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both Japanese and English
 * Perform basic technical troubleshooting by following established procedures, manuals, and workflows
 * Escalate technical issues to appropriate engineering teams when necessary
 * Monitor system alerts and service status
 * Document incidents, actions taken, and customer communications
 * Work closely with internal technical teams to support stable network operations
 * Learn networking and telecommunications technologies through structured OJT
