This is not a ticket-queue job. You'll be a hands-on partner to our IT Director - building alongside him on the projects that move the business forward, while intercepting the day-to-day issues that would otherwise derail them. Broad scope, real autonomy, visible impact. We're looking for a builder. Someone with a solid IT background who would rather improve a system than repeat a fix. Someone fluent with AI tools and curious where agentic workflows belong in a business. If you're comfortable working where no procedure exists yet - and then writing the procedure - you'll do well here.
