Must be authorized to work in the United States., * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).

 * 2-4 years of IT support or technical support experience.

 * CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications preferred.

 * Experience supporting PC hardware, software, system applications, and general IT operations.

 * Ability to troubleshoot and work with IT tools, peripherals, and related equipment.
