* 3+ years of desktop support, field support, endpoint support, systems support, or related IT experience.
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Company Portal, Microsoft 365, and Windows 10/11.
 * Experience troubleshooting endpoint enrollment, device compliance, application deployment, and cloud-managed environments.
 * Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between Marietta and Fairburn, Georgia.

* Work in a modern Microsoft cloud-managed environment utilizing Entra ID, Intune, Company Portal, and Microsoft 365.
 * Gain hands-on exposure to endpoint management, device compliance, and cloud-based support operations.
 * Partner directly with experienced technology leadership and senior IT professionals.
 * Enjoy a highly visible role supporting multiple business locations and operational teams.
 * Take ownership of meaningful Tier 2 support work beyond a traditional help desk position.
 * Make an immediate impact by helping improve device management, inventory accuracy, and support processes.
 * Expand your experience with Microsoft Autopilot, mobile device management, and cloud endpoint technologies.
 * Work independently while contributing to a broader technology stabilization initiative.
 * Flexible schedule after the initial onboarding period, with hours adjusted based on business demand., * Provide onsite Tier 2 IT support across multiple locations.
 * Provision, deploy, troubleshoot, recover, and reassign Windows laptops and desktops.
 * Support Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Company Portal, Microsoft 365, and cloud-managed endpoints.
 * Troubleshoot device compliance, authentication, application deployment, and endpoint health issues.
 * Support mobile devices, printers, docking stations, conference room technology, Wi-Fi, VPN, and general connectivity issues.
 * Maintain accurate asset inventory, equipment records, documentation, and escalation notes.
