 * Proven ability to systematically diagnose and resolve moderate-scope technical challenges using analytical thinking, debugging techniques, and established troubleshooting protocols

 * Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to fulfil short-term project objectives, balancing stakeholder requirements and ensuring high-quality service delivery outcomes.

You'll diagnose and resolve moderate-scope technical issues, apply AI and automation to optimize workflows, and manage project costs to ensure value-driven outcomes. Collaborating closely with client and internal teams, you'll execute custom migrations, implement scalable architectures, and support advanced service requests. Your role blends solution orientation and partnership excellence to fulfil short-term objectives while enhancing service reliability and customer success within the Services Delivery team.
