Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Brief Summary of Duties * Project Planning and Scheduling: Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedule meetings, track action items, and maintain project plans. * Communication and Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment and timely updates. * Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, risk registers, change requests, and status reports. Prepare dashboards and executive updates. * Testing and Deployment Support: Coordinate testing activities, deployment schedules, training, and go-live support. * A typical day may include reviewing project boards for new tasks, updating risk registers, drafting weekly status reports, preparing agendas for testing or UAT sessions, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress.
