## About the Role

What You'll Be Doing* Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration tools * Build solutions based on functional and technical specifications provided by Solution Architects and Consultants * Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and automation to meet business requirements * Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, web services, and middleware platforms * Participate in technical design sessions and provide input on implementation approaches and best practices * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architects, QA, Project Managers, and client stakeholders * Support multiple Salesforce development initiatives simultaneously in an Agile delivery environment * Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and production support requests * Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment notes *
Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification programs * Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by managementWhat You'll Bring to the Role* B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience * 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience * 2-4 years of Salesforce implementation, customization, and configuration experience * Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder required * Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I preferred * Experience developing on the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud * Strong proficiency with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows * Experience with Salesforce data management, deployments, and source control * Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration tools * Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models * Understanding of enterprise application design and Salesforce best practices * Strong
