IDR is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves leading platform selection and designing integration solutions for enterprise systems within a growing organization. It offers the chance to work closely with leadership and technical teams to develop pragmatic and scalable architecture solutions., * Lead solution architecture for key enterprise initiatives such as accounting, HR, learning, and operations systems.

 * Drive platform evaluation, selection, requirements gathering, and vendor comparison.
 * Design integration architectures that enable the core platform to interact seamlessly with other systems retained at member firms.
 * Create architecture artifacts, including system diagrams, data flow models, and decision support materials.
