 * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
 * Familiarity with MS Office and common applications
 * Understanding of Windows Desktop, Server, networks, and hardware setup
 * Exposure to troubleshooting hardware and software issues
 * Awareness of VPN/remote access support
 * Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Highly desired:

 * Experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role
 * Using service desk call logging tools
 * Supporting executive or senior staff
 * Networking and desktop troubleshooting skills
