The Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) will not sponsor applicants for work visas., * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of C#, VB ASP.Net, MVC, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap, and Visual Studio. * Familiar with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft SQL Server. * A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. * Experience with SSRS. * Familiar with ServiceNow. * Hands on experience with Web Accessibility and Responsive Web Design is desirable. * Be self-motivated and have the desire to continually develop new skills and improve existing skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills. * Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate's name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position. Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant. Knowledge of the core programming language used in the assigned area. Knowledge of computer logic statements and their applications. Ability to learn and apply concepts. Ability to perform basic mathematics.
