We can train you on our specific VR and gaming systems. What matters most is that you are great with customers, comfortable with computers and hardware, dependable, and willing to learn. Schedule Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. If you enjoy helping people, gaming, computers, troubleshooting, and working in a fun entertainment environment, this could be a great fit. ## Description Approximately 30% of the position involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing our computers, VR systems, and other technology. We are looking for someone who has strong customer service skills AND real hands-on computer hardware knowledge.
