This role will play a pivotal role in driving organizational effectiveness and growth through the design, implementation, and management of strategic programs. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR, and other key stakeholders to assess organizational needs, develop tailored solutions, and facilitate change initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency This role will be on-site full-time in our downtown Phoenix office. What You'll Do: * Lead the planning, development, and execution of organizational development initiatives aligned with the company's strategic objectives. * Conduct thorough needs assessments and analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement across various departments and functions. * Design and deliver comprehensive programs focused on leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and talent retention. * Partner with HR to integrate OD programs with talent management processes, including succession planning, career development, and training. * Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities to promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and inclusivity. * Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives and recommend adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. * Serve as a change agent by championing new initiatives, promoting organizational resilience, and addressing resistance to change through effective communication and stakeholder engagement. * Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational development and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance program effectiveness., * Work is performed indoors in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established workflows, schedules, and service expectations. * Employees regularly input, retrieve, and exchange information accurately using digital systems and applications to support operational and customer service objectives. * The role requires the ability to receive and exchange information with customers, peers, supervisors, and cross-functional partners through available communication channels, which may include meetings, email, phone, and digital collaboration tools, and may involve real-time, verbal, or in-person exchanges depending on business need. * Job duties may involve managing a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer interactions and work activities using telecommunications and computer systems.
