This role plays a critical role in advancing the Clinical Vendor Governance operating model and ensuring enterprise visibility, accountability, and standardized decision-making. Primary duties include: Governance Operations and Workflow Administration * Manage governance workflows, vendor inventories, lifecycle tracking systems, stage gates, and decision logs. * Monitor governance timelines, milestones, deliverables, and approval requirements. * Coordinate governance forum agendas, meeting materials, action tracking, and follow-up activities. Governance Execution & Lifecycle Management * Serve as a primary support for assigned vendor opportunities and business stakeholders as they navigate through the Clinical Vendor Governance lifecycle, including intake, assessment, due diligence, business case development, and governance review. * Facilitate progression of vendor opportunities through governance stage gates and approval processes. * Ensure governance documentation, approvals, decisions, and supporting materials are maintained according to established standards. * Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies * Support audit readiness activities and governance reporting requirements. * Coordinate issue tracking, remediation activities, and documentation associated with governance findings. * Communicate decisions, action items, risks, and status updates to vendors and business stakeholders * Capture stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities to improve governance effectiveness and user experience.
