Arnata builds AI Workers-autonomous agents that take over the work of logistics teams. As a Solution Engineer, your mission is simple: Make sure customers get results. You'll partner directly with real-world companies to design the optimal implementation plan, address integration gaps, and ensure our AI delivers tangible value quickly. You are the one who makes it real. You'll change the way businesses run-not incrementally, but exponentially. What You'll Do

 * Translate customer workflows into deployable AI solutions
 * Lead technical discovery and onboarding for new customers
 * Solve integration challenges between systems (TMS, load boards, emails, APIs, etc.)
 * Build internal tools, automation scripts, or custom adapters when needed
 * Monitor early usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure outcomes
 * Partner closely with product and engineering to close feature or tooling gaps, Arnata's AI Workers are deployed deep inside customer operations. If they don't work, nothing works. You're the one who makes sure they do. This is a high-agency, high-visibility role. You'll sit at the center of engineering, customer success, and product-solving problems that define the future of global logistics.
