The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product vision, managing and prioritizing backlogs, collaborating with business and technology teams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex enterprise applications from concept through production., Own and manage the product backlog at both team and program levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. Create, refine, groom, and prioritize user stories, features, and epics based on business value, customer needs, and ROl. Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, architects, and delivery teams to define clear business requirements, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria. Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning. Pl Planning, and program execution activities. Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure features and user stories are sufficiently refined and ready for development. Partner with business stakeholders to support UAT planning, execution, release validation, and product launch activities. Identify, manage, and communicate risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams and programs. Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, development, QA, architecture, and operations teams.
