 * Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software/control issues with speed and precision.
 * Deliver hands-on customer training covering operation, maintenance, and safety.
 * Maintain thorough service records, parts usage, and maintenance histories.
 * Partner with engineering and sales to feed real-world data back into product and service improvements.
 * Track industry advances and emerging CNC technologies to keep your skills sharp.
 * Travel to customer sites for installations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs as needed.
