These Will Help You Stand Out * Experience testing operating system features and devices. * XCTest and iOS automation testing experience. * Shell scripting skills and ability to modify or build applications using Xcode. * Experience testing backend services, APIs, and distributed systems. * Knowledge of telemetry, logging, analytics, and performance monitoring concepts. Candidate Note: This position requires working with physical devices in a lab environment, including device setup, provisioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and manual testing activities. Experience with OS/device testing and Swift development is highly preferred and interviews may include a live coding assessment. ## Description As an Automation Quality Engineer - Device & OS Testing, you will make an impact by ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software and connected devices through test automation, black-box testing, and end-to-end validation. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with software engineers, quality engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions. In this role, you will: * Perform integration, black-box, and end-to-end testing across software and device ecosystems. * Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for functional and system validation. * Analyze test failures, review logs, isolate root causes, and drive issue resolution. * Configure, provision, and maintain devices and test environments supporting automation execution. * Partner with engineering and quality teams to improve product quality, test coverage, and release readiness.
