## Description

* Design, develop, program, and commission OT equipment commonly found in industrial control systems.
 * Design and maintain OT network architectures.
 * Implement OT cybersecurity best practices and standards.
 * Lead automation and controls projects from concept through implementation.
 * Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, productivity, and efficiency.
 * Create and maintain network architecture diagrams.
 * Design and configure VLANs and firewall rules to properly segment and connect OT and IT networks.
 * Configure switches, firewalls, and servers on site once electricians have pulled and terminated wiring.
 * Test and validate communications between OT and IT networks.
 * Ensure builds follow EPA/cybersecurity standards within budget and timeline constraints.

Technical Skills

 * Firewalls, managed switches, servers
 * Network Architecture Diagram Generation
 * EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC UA, Profinet, MQTT
 * Strong general IT networking background: network architecture/diagram creation, firewall configuration, VLAN setup and segmentation.
 * Comfortable with managed switches, servers, and firewalls.
