## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
 * 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding experience.
 * Experience with at least one full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementation.
 * Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes, Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central integration, Business Rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills., * SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding certification.
 * Experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, global implementations, and enterprise or public sector consulting.
 * Knowledge of HR compliance, document management, and onboarding best practices.

## Description

The SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant designs, configures, tests, and supports SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0 solutions. This role partners with HR, business, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes, including solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, and documentation aligned with business needs and SuccessFactors best practices.
Key Responsibilities

 * Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder workshops and translate them into functional solutions.
 * Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding 2.0, Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), workflows, templates, and onboarding tasks.
 * Support integrations with Employee Central and third-party applications, including data migration and validation.
 * Develop and execute test plans, support SIT/UAT, resolve defects, and assist with production deployments.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate project status, and support change management activities.
