## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in desktop support.
 * Experience with Windows and MacOS troubleshooting, including OS updates, encryption, and Office for Mac.
 * Knowledge of networking including LAN/WAN connectivity troubleshooting, cross-connects, and port utilization monitoring.
 * Experience with hardware installations including Wireless AP swap-out and Switch install/swap-out.
 * Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, MacBook, iMac, and MacMini.
 * Experience with OneDrive setup, migrations, and OneNote Cloud Sharing.
 * Familiarity with installing printer drivers and IP/Cloud printing.
 * Ability to troubleshoot consumer replaceable hardware, BIOS, Drivers, and OS., * Strong verbal and written communication skills.

## Description

* Address hardware and application support queries and issues reported to the support desk.
 * Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
 * Troubleshoot encryption and password issues.
 * Attempt data recovery on failed systems.
 * Assist with video conferencing equipment readiness and support.
 * Take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues, and problems assigned to the engineering team.
 * Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required to ensure quick resolution.
 * Maintain composure when dealing with challenging customers.
 * Provide technical setup and troubleshooting for mobile devices.
