Preferences * Three years of experience with SQL queries and SQL reporting services. * Three years of experience with Salesforce Lightning UI in Sales, Service, Experience (Communities), Nonprofit, and Marketing Clouds. * Two years of experience with Flosum. * Experience with application performance optimization and tuning. * Experience with migrations, integrations, APIs, Apex, and DevOps. * Hands-on experience with Snowflake. EDUCATION Requirements * Bachelor's degree in computer science, with a specialization in software engineering, application development, or similar. Equivalent combination of applicable education, training, certification, and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Preferences * Master's degree in computer science or information systems. CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURE Requirements * Application Architect Salesforce Credential OR Integration Architect Salesforce Certification. This role collaborates with stakeholders, works with development teams, consults on application requirements, and supervises development stages to ensure optimized business operations.
