The candidate must have the ability to handle ambiguity and complexity and be able to deliver on multiple responsibilities. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others., * 6+ years relevant experience in a Data Governance/ Data Management/ Process Engineering or related area * 5+ years experience and advanced understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools * 5+ years Data Analysis * 3+ years of Risk management concepts (wholesale credit risk is a plus) * Requires basic commercial awareness * Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes, with the ability to anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders * Ability to communicate effectively to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences Education: * Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent work experience, Data Governance, Data Management, Data Quality, Internal Controls, Management Reporting, Policy, Procedure, and Regulation, Program Management, Risk Controls and Monitors. ## Description The Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst is responsible for contributing to the directional strategy and assisting in creation and modification of Enterprise Data Governance Strategy, and/or Data Risk and Control Framework and Data Risk Taxonomy.
