 * Experience with data analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and system upgrades.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

## Description

* Seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator with Dayforce experience to support the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of an enterprise HR information system environment., * Administer and maintain the Dayforce HCM platform.
 * Configure HRIS functionality including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, and related modules.
 * Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to HR and business users.
 * Manage system configurations, workflows, security roles, and user access.
 * Support integrations, data interfaces, reporting, and system enhancements.
 * Perform data validation, audits, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
 * Support Dayforce upgrades, testing, implementations, and change initiatives.
 * Develop and maintain documentation and system procedures.
 * Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders.
