* 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform, and Enterprise Architecture. Out of which, 3+ yrs. of particular experience in Star Rocks.
 * Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing StarRocks-based analytics platforms.
 * Expertise in MPP database architectures, query optimization, partitioning, and performance tuning.
 * Experience designing Lakehouse architectures using Apache Iceberg, S3/ADLS, and modern data platforms.
 * Strong knowledge of Graph Databases such as Neo4j, NebulaGraph, JanusGraph, or Amazon Neptune.
 * Experience designing multi-layer graph architectures, knowledge graphs, and entity relationship models.
 * Ability to evaluate and define architecture for single enterprise graph vs multiple domain-specific graphs.
 * Expertise in real-time data ingestion using Kafka, CDC tools, and streaming technologies.
 * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and containerized deployments.
 * Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, security, and scalability best practices.
 * Experience working with DevOps teams for Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and production deployments.
 * Excellent stakeholder management, architecture consulting, and solution design workshop facilitation skills.
