## About the Role

* We are looking for an experienced QA Tester with 10+ years of hands-on experience in manual software testing.
 * The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be articulate, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision., * 10+ years of experience in software QA/manual testing.
 * Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA processes.
 * Hands-on experience creating and executing test cases and test scenarios.
 * Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to articulate technical and functional issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work independently and manage assignments with minimal supervision.
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred:

 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Experience with SQL/database validation.
 * Exposure to API testing and basic automation concepts.
 * Experience working with enterprise-level applications.

## Description

* Perform manual testing of applications, features, and enhancements.
 * Analyze business and technical requirements and develop detailed test scenarios and test cases.
 * Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
 * Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
 * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
 * Provide clear and concise status updates on testing progress, risks, and defects.
 * Work independently to plan and manage assigned testing activities.
 * Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and release validation.
 * Ensure software meets quality, functionality, and business requirements.
