This role will work across Finance, Master Data, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Banking, HR, and integration workstreams., * Bachelor's Degree required. * 5+ years of SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA experience. * 10+ years of IT Project Management experience managing complex technology projects. * Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, preferably a full lifecycle implementation. * Experience in SAP production support / L1 support / incident management. * Experience with one or more of: JIRA, ServiceNow, SAP Cloud ALM (CALM). * Strong experience with project reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking. * Knowledge of SAP integrations, APIs, middleware, MDM, purchasing, supplier interfaces, or ASN. * Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills., * SAP Activate methodology experience or project management certification. * SAP certification in S/4HANA, FICO, Security, GRC, or related areas. * ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management experience. * Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or battery manufacturing environments. * Experience working across multiple SAP business functions and workstreams.
