This person will bring strong hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or similar) and apply them across software development, test design, failure analysis, and automation strategy. You should be comfortable operating independently, creating repeatable processes, and driving adoption across the team, helping others understand not just the tools, but how to use them effectively to improve quality, speed, and coverage. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines deep QA fundamentals with a forward-thinking, AI-first mindset. This position is in Richmond, VA and is onsite Monday through Thursday and work from home Friday.
