 * Controls development tools and process experience (Powershift transmission controls preferred)
 * Ability and interest in working in a varying environment (field/shop/lab)
 * Ability to operate machines (after training)

## Description

* Working with design, development, systems integration, and software engineers to create, develop, and optimize hardware and controls for powershift transmissions.
 * Planning and executing on-machine control software calibration and validation.
 * Managing control system requirements, specifications, and design reviews.
 * Designing clutch control strategies to meet drivetrain performance and durability targets.
 * Performing simulation for clutch control systems.
