This role conducts structured tests, documents results, identifies discrepancies, and helps assess compliance with applicable regulatory and certification requirements. This position also provides administrative and project oversight for hardware-related testing activities within the Voting System Test Laboratory (VSTL). Responsibilities include scheduling tests, coordinating with subcontractor laboratories, managing hardware analysis and functional testing, and developing hardware testing methodologies. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in electrical engineering and an interest in compliance, quality assurance, regulated technologies, and election systems. What You'll Be Doing As a Test Engineer, you will act as an independent evaluator of voting technology rather than a product developer.
