* Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst supporting HCM ERP implementations, production stabilization, or complex system integrations.
 * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to follow data and transactions across multiple systems and organizations.
 * Experience analyzing integration data, mappings, transformation rules, logs, reports, or similar technical artifacts.
 * Ability to understand complex business processes and translate business questions into specific technical or functional investigations.
 * Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Ability to work independently, organize multiple issues, identify patterns, coordinate across multiple teams, and drive problems to resolution.
