Preferred: * Experience in a healthcare, medical product development environment or experience in a regulated environment. * Experience in designing for a range of unique physical environments, such as industry, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer. * Familiarity with iterative processes like Agile Scrum and the tools and strategies that make those processes successful. * Demonstrated experience of Human Factors studies, Ergonomics analysis and user research. ## Description Stryker is seeking a Senior Interaction Designer to support the Endoscopy Systems R&D team in developing innovative surgical visualization and operating room integration products. This role is responsible for creating intuitive user experiences and digital interfaces through user-centered design, customer research, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and clinically meaningful solutions. Ideal for a designer looking to transition from a design agency into an in-house product development environment. Portfolio Required: Demonstrated experience applying UX/UI design methodologies through a portfolio that highlights end-to-end product development, from concept generation to commercial launch.
