## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Tech Project Leader) to lead medium-to-large technology projects from initiation through implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT infrastructure, application integration, migration, or technology transformation projects while collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.The Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, risk management, budgeting, and successful delivery using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Key Responsibilities

 * Manage the complete IT project lifecycle from initiation through implementation.
 * Lead multiple technology projects simultaneously.
 * Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
 * Coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
 * Conduct Agile ceremonies including:
 * PI Planning
 * Sprint Planning
 * Daily Standups
 * Dependency Management
 * Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change requests.
 * Communicate project status to business and executive stakeholders.
 * Track budgets, forecasts, and project financials.
 * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
 * Support technology strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Coordinate disaster recovery, security, and technology governance activities when required.
