* High School Diploma with relevant hands-on experience or a 2-year technical degree
 * Proven ability to build, troubleshoot, and repair PC hardware (component-level work preferred)
 * Hands-on experience configuring PC hardware, installing drivers, and setting up system-level devices
 * Working knowledge of Windows and Linux environments in technical or build-focused roles
 * Basic networking experience including IP configuration and device connectivity
 * Ability to travel 20-40% to provide on-site support and installations
 * Experience with physical hardware installation, including wiring, cabling, and peripherals
 * Familiarity with server administration, cybersecurity basics, or Azure/AWS is a plus
