* Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline., * Solid foundational knowledge in machine learning, deep learning or natural language processing, with hands-on algorithm experience related to large models.
 * Capable of applying algorithm capabilities to real evaluation scenarios; proficient in Python, with experience in evaluation framework design, training and deployment of evaluation models, or delivery of evaluation systems.
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to deeply troubleshoot issues arising from large model training and application, and independently explore viable solutions.
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive at work. Able to collaborate smoothly with team members to explore cutting-edge AI technologies and drive technical advancement., Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws including the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. ## Description

The Douyin Research and Development Middle Platform team is mainly responsible for the quality construction of Douyin, CapCut, Toutiao, NovelToon, Douyin Finance and other products, and provides all-round, in-depth and efficient solutions for quality, experience and safety., * Build the development of large model evaluation technologies; design and implement solutions tailored to real business scenarios to continuously improve professionalism, stability and efficiency.

 * Take charge of evaluation framework design, as well as the training, deployment and tuning of evaluation models. Analyze model performance and conduct root-cause analysis of defects, summarize evaluation insights to support model optimization and version iteration.
 * Explore scientific, scalable evaluation methodologies and technical systems for scenarios including LLMs, multimodal understanding & generation, Agents and world models.
 * Continuously track and research cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices in the large model field, and implement innovative solutions in evaluation workflows.
