 * Previous experience with Engraving is a very nice to have
 * An in-depth understanding of computers and printers
 * Strong customer service skills
 * Strong attention to detail
 * Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 * Team Player

## Description

* Create artwork and layouts and work with clients for approval
 * Create concepts using creativity and graphic design skills based on client demands
 * Produces printed and engraved products using laser printers
 * Manage work schedule and ensure on-time completion of orders
 * High attention to detail
 * Ability to handle customer demands
 * Assemble trophies, medals, and plaque as necessary
 * Operates all equipment following equipment operating procedures
 * Communicates with other employees for a complete understanding of the order
 * Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner
 * Performs troubleshooting of the equipment when necessary
 * Rejects poor quality or incorrect jobs and notifies management
 * Finishes jobs according to the work order as needed and when appropriate
 * Helps with job packaging as needed
 * Follows systems and procedures according to the company manuals
 * Performs other duties as assigned
