A strong commitment to customer service, security, and operational excellence is essential, along with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a global team environment., * Advanced hands-on experience administering enterprise firewall platforms, including policy creation, rule review, security hardening, firmware upgrades, and threat mitigation. * Extensive knowledge of firewall appliances and a solid understanding of networking principles (LAN/WAN). * Hands-on experience with networking, wireless, security appliances, and virtualization tools. * Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a collaborative mindset. This role requires eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance, as well as the ability to travel domestically up to 10%, including occasional travel to Washington State for team engagement and project support. We are looking for someone with genuine passion and a can-do attitude for what they do. ## Description Reporting to the IT Lead - North America, the Network Administrator will play a key role in maintaining, securing, and enhancing Codan Group's network and systems infrastructure. Based in Ashburn, this role is responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of network services while also contributing to projects that drive secure, reliable, and efficient technology improvements across the organization.
