## Description

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is searching for a highly motivated technical professional to join the Information Systems & Technology (IS&T - CHS) organization at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC) in Charleston, SC. The IS&T organization manages all IT operations supporting both classified and unclassified enterprise networks at NNPTC Charleston. The role operates within a technically diverse and dynamic environment, directly supporting the training of naval nuclear operators.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 * Utilize a broad understanding of principles, practices, and procedures across all facets of IT operations.
 * Responsibile for network switches, servers, storage devices, security, and enterprise applications.
 * Main duties involve the installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of all equipment and infrastructure relevant to network operations.
 * Routing and testing new network cables, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing networked clients, printers, switches, servers, and storage devices.
 * Implementing applicable security requirements for associated equipment.
 * Updating and troubleshooting enterprise applications, along with programming and maintaining scripts.
 * Prioritize multiple tasks and projects, regularly adjusting work plans, and integrating work responsibilities within the organization and site.
 * Participate in projects that implement infrastructure, application, or systems solutions, ensuring timely delivery of functional, technical, and security requirements.
