The Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Coordinator will coordinate onsite support for the operational team and serve as the subject matter expert for the warehouse management system. This role is responsible for system administration, user support, and process optimization to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations. What you will do: * Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the WMS to meet company requirements and operational processes. * Monitor operational processes and recommend system enhancements or operational changes. * Provide training for new employees on WMS functionality and offer ongoing support to resolve issues.
