The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP OTC processes, strong functional and technical knowledge, and a proven track record in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects. Experience with SAP CS (Customer Service) is essential, as service management is a critical component of MKS sales., + Strong expertise in SAP OTC (ECC) best practices and configuration. + 8+ years of SAP experience. + Solid understanding of cross-module integration (MM, FICO, WM). + Experience creating functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials. + Proficiency in data migration tools (LSMW) and SAP data analysis using Excel. + Familiarity with ABAP concepts and ability to collaborate with technical teams. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Preferred Skills + SAP OTC certification. + Knowledge of interface design, ABAP debugging, and technical troubleshooting.
