## About the Role

Do you have experience in Scalability?, * Around 6+ years of experience within data engineering or analytics engineering

 * Strong experience with modern cloud data platforms
 * Hands-on experience with Azure and Snowflake/dbt environments
 * Experience designing scalable data pipelines and data models
 * Ability to take ownership of technical solutions end-to-end
 * Strong communication skills and stakeholder interaction experience
 * Experience mentoring or guiding other engineers
 * Someone proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
 * Fluent in English

## Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Analytics Engineer for one of our clients within the financial services domain. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and solution design within a modern cloud-based data environment.

You will work on business-critical reporting and analytics solutions used for both internal stakeholders and external clients. The environment is highly data-driven and focused on scalability, automation, and continuous improvement.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys remaining hands-on technically while also influencing technical direction, mentoring colleagues, and solving complex engineering challenges.

Your responsibilities

 * Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-based data solutions
 * Develop and optimize modern data pipelines and reporting processes
 * Contribute to technical and architectural decision-making
 * Work closely with engineers, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders
 * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Improve data quality, platform stability, and engineering standards
 * Mentor and support other engineers within the team
 * Help reduce technical debt and improve long-term maintainability
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborative engineering discussions
