## About the Role

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, We are seeking an experienced NOC Support Technician to join our team on a 3-5 month contract. This role is fully remote and ideal for a detail-oriented IT professional with strong customer service skills, ServiceNow ticketing experience, and hands-on knowledge of Meraki, Cisco, or Fortinet network devices., * Customer Service Excellence - Proven ability to communicate professionally with broadband providers and carriers over the phone while managing technical tickets.

 * Network Hardware Experience - Strong preference for Meraki experience; Cisco or Fortinet acceptable.
 * ServiceNow Expertise - Hands-on experience managing tickets and workflows in ServiceNow.
 * ISP Experience - Familiarity working with internet service providers to resolve technical issues.
 * IT Background - Minimum 2+ years of IT experience in a NOC, help desk, or technical support role.

Preferred Skills

 * Knowledge of broadband network troubleshooting.
 * Familiarity with escalation procedures for network outages.
 * Experience with network provisioning tasks.

## Description

The NOC Support Technician will handle inbound and outbound calls, work ServiceNow tickets, perform remote diagnostics, dispatch providers as needed, and assist with provisioning tasks during downtime., * Receive and place calls to broadband providers, carriers, and internal teams.

 * Manage and update tickets in ServiceNow according to workflow and SLAs.
 * Perform general remote diagnostics to troubleshoot network issues.
 * Dispatch service providers when on-site resolution is required.
 * Provision network equipment and services as needed.
 * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
