## About the Role

* 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.

 * Candidate must be familiar with Linux (command line) and Windows operating systems.
\n

 * Candidate must have technical leadership ability.
\n

 * Candidate must be able to address technical issues by understanding which engineering domain problems belong to and then assign engineers from the appropriate domains to resolve issues.
\n

 * Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable communicating at various levels of the organization.
\n

 * Candidate must be familiar with MS Office.
\n

 * Candidate must have A current CompTIA Security + certification is required for the position.
\n

 * Candidate must currently hold and be able to maintain a US Secret clearance.
\n, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline plus 6 to 8 years of related experience
\n

 * Knowledge of distributed simulation protocols such as High Level Architecture (HLA) and Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS)
\n

 * Familiarity with networking concepts, architectures, and protocols such as TCP/IP and UDP
\n

 * Experience with MS Visio software to produce technical architecture drawings
\n

 * Knowledge of Navy C4I tactical systems such as Link 16 and GCCS
