 * Perform system administration tasks including user account management, Active Directory management, and permissions setup to ensure secure access control.
 * Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware components such as desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals to maximize device uptime.
 * Support operating systems including Windows and Linux by installing updates, configuring settings, and resolving compatibility issues.
 * Manage computer networking components like LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and switches to ensure reliable connectivity.
 * Conduct hardware maintenance activities including component replacements, upgrades, and routine inspections for optimal performance.
