The position will work closely with Knowledge Management Analysts, SMEs, and mission partners to ensure the system is intuitive, reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) governance., * Configure, maintain, and enhance SharePoint Online sites, libraries, content types, permissions, and workflows supporting the NGB KMS. * Implement metadata schemas, taxonomy structures, and content governance rules to ensure consistency and discoverability across the enterprise. * Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline content ingestion, approvals, lifecycle management, and archival processes. * Provide technical troubleshooting, user support, and platform guidance to NGB directorates and mission partners. * Collaborate with KM Analysts to translate governance requirements into functional SharePoint solutions. * Support enterprise search optimization, navigation design, and user experience improvements. * Ensure compliance with NGB security, access control, and information governance policies. * Assist in preparing the KMS for future AI-enabled capabilities, including structured content organization for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
