* Bachelor's degree or five years of progressive records and/or research experience.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
 * Excellent oral and written communication skills.
 * Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
 * Strong time management and ability to coordinate multiple projects.
 * Strong client service and teamwork skills.
 * Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
 * Ability to lift and move file boxes as needed.

## Description

The Records Data Specialist reports to the Records Information Manager and works closely with the Senior Records Coordinator., * Identify, organize, catalog, inventory, and store physical and digital documents.

 * Research data to support retention processes using firm systems and approved tools.
 * Collaborate on firmwide records, risk management projects, and related initiatives.
 * Assist Legal Assistants with file and records closing through Microsoft Teams or in person.
 * Perform routine records functions, including labels, file orders, vendor coordination, off-site storage, Ricoh scanning, and retention or destruction projects.
